Holiday Stress! Fight Back
Holidays are coming, the economy is down, and everyone is stressed out! Dr. Jerry Gelbart of The Potent Mind provides 10 suggestions to fight off holiday stress.
My favorite is number 1, “GIVE PRESENCE INSTEAD OF PRESENTS !!!” We need to remember that the importance of the holiday season is around family and friends.
